Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, and tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and location. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist you accordingly.
